Technical skills : -

Hands-on experience and expertise in US direct taxation.

Business tax, CAT GRT and allied US Direct Tax Compliance

Experience in US Federal & State Tax- Preparation of Form 1120, 1120F for US C corp and US LLC.

Experience in using Avalara Software, Thomson Reuters, Checkpoint etc.

Undertaking Technical Research on US Tax Laws

Knowledge of various provisions viz. BEAT, GILTI, 163(j) disallowance, CFC, etc

Hands-on experience in dealing with FATCA forms (like W8, W9)

WHT Tax compliance and advice from US Tax perspective read with International Tax Treaties

Support seniors in M&A acquisition deals and review of document, agreement, etc
