We are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to manage and optimize utility services for our UK based property lettings business clients. This role involves supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supplier Management – Contact utility providers (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, council tax) to negotiate quotes, contracts, and payment plans.
• Cost Optimization – Conduct market research to secure competitive utility pricing and cost-saving strategies.
• Billing & Payments – Manage utility billing, monitor payment plans, and ensure timely payments.
• Data & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of all utility transactions and create reports for analysis.
• Council Tax Analysis – Review tax rules to find applicable relief for tenants and properties.
