We are seeking a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to own strategic alliance growth across our key ecosystem partners — Salesforce, Databricks, Elastic, LogicMonitor, Google, Azure, and AWS.
This role drives partner engagement, joint GTM execution, co-sell enablement, and partner-led revenue growth , aligning directly with iVedha's Fabric GTM objectives and delivery practices.
Key Objectives :
- Strengthen strategic alliances with key hyperscalers and ISV partners.
- Drive pipeline creation and joint account expansion through partner co-sell programs.
- Ensure seamless alignment between partner ecosystem, sales, marketing, and delivery practices .
- Translate partner value into actionable sales motions and measurable revenue outcomes.
Core Responsibilities :
1. Partner Relationship & GTM Management
Act as the primary liaison for Salesforce, Databricks, Elastic, LogicMonitor, Google, Azure, and AWS partner ecosystems.Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Partner Development Managers, Channel Sales, and Alliance Directors.Co-develop annual GTM plans with each partner — including joint marketing campaigns, enablement sessions, and co-branded collateral.Manage partner tier and competency requirements , ensuring iVedha maintains premium or certified partner status across ecosystems.2. Partner Pipeline Growth & Co-Sell Execution
Identify and qualify new partner-driven opportunities aligned with iVedha's Fabric offerings (Nexa, PlatformNEX, ServiceNEX, TalentNEX).Drive joint opportunity registration and co-sell motions via Databricks Partner Portal, Salesforce AppExchange, AWS Marketplace, and Microsoft Partner Center.Collaborate with internal sales and practice leads to convert joint opportunities into revenue through structured deal execution.Track and report pipeline metrics, conversion ratios, and influenced revenue across all partner accounts.3. Sales Enablement & Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with iVedha's Marketing and Sales teams to build partner-specific campaigns, webinars, and case studies.Develop partner enablement toolkits and battlecards highlighting iVedha's Fabric differentiators for each partner ecosystem.Support joint speaking engagements and sponsorships (e.g., Databricks Data + AI Summit, Salesforce Dreamforce, ElasticON, AWS re : Invent).Create continuous feedback loops between partner marketing and iVedha sales enablement to ensure message consistency and velocity.4. Partner Success & Governance
Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each partner to review pipeline, certifications, and success metrics.Maintain an accurate partner performance dashboard in Salesforce / HubSpot — covering lead flow, deal status, and partner attribution.Collaborate with iVedha's Fabric delivery teams to align partner success with client delivery outcomes.Manage partner certifications, training credits, MDF (Marketing Development Funds), and compliance with alliance requirements.5. Cross-Practice Collaboration
Partner closely with Practice Leads across Data Engineering (Databricks), Observability (Elastic, LogicMonitor), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Salesforce - SF Agenticforce ( asknexa.ai+platformnex.com accelerators).Enable Fabric-wide partner integration into service offerings — ensuring each practice has aligned GTM assets, certifications, and playbooks.Facilitate internal Partner Academy sessions to build awareness and partner fluency across iVedha's sales and delivery teams.Key Success Metrics :
Pipeline growth : Partner-influenced pipeline increase across each vendor ecosystem.Revenue contribution : % of overall revenue generated through partner-led or co-sell deals.Partner engagement : Frequency and depth of joint events, campaigns, and certifications achieved.Operational excellence : Accuracy of partner dashboards, portal updates, and certification compliance.Preferred Experience & Skills :
4–10 years in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Strategic Alliances roles in enterprise technology or consulting firms.Proven success managing relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV ecosystems (Databricks, Elastic, Salesforce, LogicMonitor).Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, co-sell processes, and joint marketing frameworks.Experience in managing partner certification processes and MDF programs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.Familiarity with CRM and partner tracking tools.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Attributes for Success :
