About the Opportunity

A well-funded venture in the smart vending and automated retail space is seeking a dynamic leader to drive business strategy, operations, and growth.

This is a founding leadership position (CEO-level) with full P&L ownership and the opportunity to build a nationwide network from inception.

We are particularly interested in leaders with experience in vending, automated retail, or tech-enabled consumer distribution businesses.

The company aims to redefine on-the-go, contactless, and cashless retail through a next-generation network of connected vending and micro-market solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business roadmap from pilot to national rollout.
• Build and lead multi-city teams across operations, sales, and partnerships.
• Drive B2B partnerships with FMCG brands, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Oversee P&L, pricing, and commercial strategy to ensure profitability and scalability.
• Implement robust processes for supply chain, uptime, and performance analytics.
• Represent the business with investors and strategic partners.
