DCNOC Administrator

We're actively seeking a dedicated DCNOC (Data Center Network Operations Center) Administrator to join our client's dynamic team through Pradeepit Consulting Services. This pivotal role involves ensuring the continuous availability of IT services through vigilant monitoring, proactive health checks, and efficient incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• 24x7 Monitoring & Health Checks : Manage 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure and application performance. Perform regular health checks to ensure IT services availability .
• Maintenance Oversight : Oversee IT planned maintenance activities by controlling alert blackout requests . Ensure adherence to approved change or release windows for minimized, controlled impact on IT services and infrastructure.
• Incident Management & Communication : Alert all relevant internal and external stakeholders for any critical / high severity alerts. Engage IT Incident Management for immediate and prompt restoration of IT services.
• Additional Responsibilities : Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
