Job descriptionIdentify, source, and evaluate potential partners and investors across the lending Build and maintain a strong network with fintech founders, NBFCs, and capital providers. Create proposals, financial models, business projections, and presentations to enable Actively support debt raising by engaging with institutional and private investors. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and negotiate contracts with Track competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes in fintech and lending. Manage multiple parallel workstreams with meticulous note-taking, structured follow-ups, Deliver root-cause analyses and problem-solving breakdowns for critical business 4+ years of experience in fintech, NBFCs, or related financial services, with direct Strong academic credentials from a reputed university. Demonstrated high IQ through Entrepreneurial mindset – proven ability to take an idea from 1 → 100 with ownership Strong decision-making skills with comfort operating under incomplete information. Proven ability to work hard and thrive under pressure, demonstrated by past Excellent communication and people skills – comfortable working with senior Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and manage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A deep interest in fintech and lending ecosystems (partners, competitors, regulations, The opportunity to work directly with founders on high-impact projects. Exposure to the fintech growth ecosystem and capital markets. A steep learning curve and fast-paced environment where you will be challenged daily.
