Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities A. Furniture Sales (70%)
- Drive premium furniture sales by understanding client requirements, design preferences, and lifestyle needs.
- Meet clients (virtually or in person) at the iFUR Experience Centre or their homes to pitch personalized furnishing solutions.
- Recommend ideal furniture collections and customization options within customer budgets.
- Manage the complete sales journey — from consultation and quotation to negotiation and order closure — ensuring transparency and trust.
- Build strong relationships with walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare commercial proposals, documentation, and contracts for confirmed orders.
B. Customer Relationship Management (30%)
Own the client relationship from inquiry to post-delivery support.Act as a single point of contact for premium customers, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams for payments, dispatches, and delivery schedules.Maintain accurate client data, communication logs, and reports in the CRM system.Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Production, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.What You Bring :
