Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, handle facility management, coordinate with various departments, and support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services.
- Maintain records of office expenses, attendance, and asset management.
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, logistics, and compliance as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for management and staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance related to admin functions and implement improvements.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).5–6 years of proven experience in administration or office management.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience managing teams and external vendors.Skills Required
