As a Lead IT CISO you will lead the charge in securing both IT and OT landscapes. You'll drive enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience while shaping strategy across threat intelligence, incident response, vendor security, and employee awareness. Your Role & Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a information security strategy
• Lead and optimize the cybersecurity team and resources
• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, IT Act 2000 etc.)
• Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across IT & OT environments
• Oversee incident response, forensic analysis, and post-event reviews
• Provide reports to senior leadership on security matters
• Oversee security awareness and training programs
