Your Role

Job Description Of The Position

• Define test strategy and Scope of testing
• Create well documented New Feature and System Testing testcases
• Create Test Plans and estimates efforts for testing
• Develop and execution of test scripts and validation of test results (manual and automated)
• Define end to end scenarios depicting customer usecase using Real World datasets
• Continuously seek feedback from Customer Response Team and fill testing gaps
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and overall productivity
• Help establish and improve an automated test environment for user interface (UI) and non-UI testing.
• Contribute to performance testing for New Feature testing
• Write and execute tests for accessibility
• Actively collaborate with developers, Product manager to shape the product and deliver product releases
• Provide feedback to team on product quality, call out risks / issues and can balance quality with time bound delivery
• Performs variety of quality assurance tasks

The software engineering team of Windchill Requirements validation & Source is focused on continuously improving the quality by adopting a 'shift-left' approach. Having an efficient Test strategy is an integral part of this. In your role you will be able to try new approaches, implement new infrastructure and experiment with new tools for best product quality
