Role Overview
We are looking for a Career Advisor / Sales Consultant who can connect with international students, explain our career services, and guide them toward successful enrollment. This is a people-facing role where empathy, communication, and persuasion meet purpose.
What You'll Do
- Connect with students (via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, or video meetings) to understand their career goals.
- Explain InfiJobs' services, pricing, and success stories in a clear and inspiring way.
- Help students choose the right plan and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain follow-up communication with interested students.
- Meet weekly conversion targets and provide insights to improve outreach strategy.
- Represent the brand professionally and build strong relationships with the student community.
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).Friendly, confident, and empathetic personality someone who can truly connect with students.Prior experience in counseling, sales, or student advisory roles is a strong plus.Comfortable using tools like Google Meet, Sheets, and CRM systems.Goal-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.What We Offer
