Responsibilities

• .Liaising with Ops, Service line and client on the RFP, new capabilities ask from the client
• .Supporting the reporting for Ops and sales
• .Managing the cliemt vendor teams including any meets, visits and events
• .Internal tracking of HR, Financial metrics
• .Driving Governance
