Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QlikView Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QlikView / Qlik Sense and Power BI, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end BI projects, leading migrations, and mentoring development teams. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on BI development expertise to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that empower business decision-making.

Experience : 8– 15 years

Location : Mumbai / Pune

Mode of Work : Full time -hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead BI Projects : Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Migration Leadership : Lead and manage the migration of reports and dashboards, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Qlik Expertise : Provide hands-on expertise in designing and developing complex dashboards and reports in Qlik to meet business needs.
• Data Integration & Modeling : Design and implement data models, integrating data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring : Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their growth. - Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize existing BI infrastructure, improving performance, and ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance existing BI processes, recommending and implementing best practices for data governance and reporting.
• Responsible for presales activities including effort estimation, solution design, and proposal development to support business acquisition and client engagements
