Cradlepoint is seeking an experienced and strategic Int & App Dev Test Manager to drive our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and evolving business needs. While the provided details align more closely with a Solution Architect role, we will frame this position to leverage those skills within an Integration & Application Development Test Management context. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of our solutions, bridging technical opportunities into robust offerings, and supporting various phases from requirements analysis to service delivery, ultimately ensuring customer success.
What You Will Do : Key Responsibilities
- Engage in detailed discussions with customers about their technology strategy and key bottlenecks, translating these into testable requirements and solutions.
- Evaluate customers' technological environment, business requirements, and plans to inform comprehensive test strategies for integrations and applications.
- Identify areas for customer improvement and potential hurdles related to technology and business, then incorporate these insights into test planning and risk assessment.
- Act as a CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) in a cross-functional squad, or a similar role overseeing solution scopes from a quality assurance perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate lists of potential activities and solutions, ensuring testability and quality from the outset.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of business case modeling and technical argumentation , emphasizing the quality and reliability aspects.
- Support Consultants during the requirement analysis and high-level design phases , providing input on testability and quality gates.
- Potentially assume responsibilities in Customer Support, sales, and service delivery where quality assurance expertise is required.
