Senior Manager – Security, Vigilance and Liaison

Job descriptionConduct regular audits and surprise checks to ensure compliance with security policies. Identify and address potential fraud, theft, or policy violations. Support in driving awareness programs on organizational policies and ethics. Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and government authorities. Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals. Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders during audits or inspections. Address community-related concerns and ensure smooth operations. Conduct investigations into internal complaints, including POSH cases and security incidents. Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams for timely and fair resolution. Prepare investigation reports with detailed findings and recommendations. Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures. Conduct periodic mock drills and ensure site readiness for crisis situations. Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies to minimize impact on operations.
Security Management :
- Implement security measures to safeguard employees, assets, and infrastructure at assigned locations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the functioning of CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced security service providers.
