Security Management

• Responsible for the overall security of personnel, material, machinery, and company assets, both movable and immovable.
• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and company rules by all employees.
• Conduct regular audits, surprise checks, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Use surveillance systems for monitoring and loss prevention.
• Implement and monitor security policies within legal frameworks.
• Coordinate with civil and law enforcement authorities for smooth operations.
• Investigate thefts, irregularities, or incidents and report findings.
• Manage and supervise the security team including officers, supervisors, and guards.
• Control and monitor vehicle entry / exit and coordinate transport operations effectively.
• Form and manage an Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Management Center.
• Handle security budgeting and planning for resource optimization.
