- Responsible for the overall security of personnel, material, machinery, and company assets, both movable and immovable.
- Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and company rules by all employees.
- Conduct regular audits, surprise checks, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Use surveillance systems for monitoring and loss prevention.
- Implement and monitor security policies within legal frameworks.
- Coordinate with civil and law enforcement authorities for smooth operations.
- Investigate thefts, irregularities, or incidents and report findings.
- Manage and supervise the security team including officers, supervisors, and guards.
- Control and monitor vehicle entry / exit and coordinate transport operations effectively.
- Form and manage an Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Management Center.
- Handle security budgeting and planning for resource optimization.
Mine Security Operations
