Role Overview :

The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) / Youtube to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ad budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking for consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute performance and brand campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop targeting strategies (interest, lookalike, custom audiences) aligned with brand goals.
• Work closely with design and brand teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Manage campaigns across multiple objectives – traffic, engagement, conversions, and catalog sales.
