Meta Ads Specialist
to drive performance marketing across our brand portfolio.
Role Overview : The
Meta Ads Specialist
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across
Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) / Youtube
to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing
ad budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking
for consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute
performance and brand campaigns
on Facebook and Instagram.
Develop
targeting strategies
(interest, lookalike, custom audiences) aligned with brand goals.
Work closely with design and brand teams to create
high-performing ad creatives and copies .
Manage campaigns across multiple objectives –
traffic, engagement, conversions, and catalog sales.
Performance Optimization
Continuously optimize campaigns for
ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR .
Conduct
A / B testing
on creatives, ad sets, and landing pages.
Monitor daily performance and implement quick optimizations based on data insights.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using
Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Prepare
weekly / monthly performance reports
with actionable insights.
Recommend strategies for scaling high-performing campaigns.
Budget & Coordination
Manage and allocate
monthly marketing budgets
efficiently across brands.
Coordinate with
e-commerce and sales teams
to align campaigns with platform promotions (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.).
Stay updated on
Meta algorithm changes and ad format innovations.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience
running paid campaigns on Meta platforms (FMCG / D2C brand experience preferred).
Strong understanding of
Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events, and Attribution.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Excel, and data interpretation.
Knowledge of
creative strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
