Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for our Residential division to oversee and manage a team of sales professionals and support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service. The Team Lead will play a key role in strategizing and implementing business goals, developing and mentoring the team, and contributing to the growth and success of the residential sector.
Work Experience : 3 – 6 years, + have completed Min 10-15 successful independent transactions
Salary – Fixed as per Market plus
Incentive – Percentage of Revenue Generated (To be discussed)
Conveyance – Conveyance will payable by the company for client visits
