Our Platform Engineering team is pivotal, providing the secure, scalable infrastructure, platforms, and tooling that enable rapid, high-quality software delivery for both our Advanced Solution Delivery team and Trading Citizen Developers across the trading organization.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our digital trading capabilities. You will design, build, and enhance critical CI / CD pipelines, cloud-based infrastructure, platforms, and developer tools, ensuring the efficiency and scalability that powers our cutting-edge trading solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, infrastructure, and automation, thriving in a dynamic environment while expertly balancing immediate use-case priorities with our long-term platform vision.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, plan, develop, and test our cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards (Terraform) in collaboration with development teams.
• Develop, test, and maintain CI / CD pipelines; fortify existing GitOps workflows; and enhance automation to ensure efficiency, resilience, and continuous improvement of our dev platform.
• Continuously improve the overall development process by identifying gaps or inefficiencies in dev workflows and increasing the overall level of automation and standardization.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code readability, testability, maintainability, scalability, and security.
• Proactively enhance application resilience by designing, deploying, and scaling robust logging and monitoring infrastructure, enabling early detection and rapid resolution of system and service anomalies.
• Establish and maintain a centralized, actionable monitoring and alerting stack to ensure continuous infrastructure stability and drive operational efficiency through pre-emptive issue identification.
• Utilize your deep experience and problem-solving skills to help prevent and investigate production issues.
• Collaborate with other initiatives and areas within Client regarding DevOps, MLOps, DataOps.
• Serve as an interface to Client`s IT teams (Cloud Infrastructure, Information Security) and cloud vendors (Microsoft, Snowflake etc.) to resolve issues and to support and facilitate development and operations of our use cases.
