Job Summary
- Conduct regular assessments of existing bid management processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Research and implement industry standard methodologies to enhance the bid management process. Lead Tactical cost-out process rollout to the bid management organization
- Develop and maintain clear SOPs for all aspects of the bid management process, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Establish a feedback loop with the bid team to gather insights on process performance and implement iterative improvements. Implementation of PM40LITE newest process to increase speed for budget and firm bids
- RFQ (Request for Qauote) Harmonization in close alignment Front-End Engineering Design and other collaborators, while supporting the implementation of the Integration platform Pro-HUB
- Bid Management Micro-tools harmonization in alignment with the Database and Tools team of software specialist in Sales Excellence
- Governance over the most important actions and strategic process improvements to increase Bid management performance
What You Bring
Proven experience in bid management or proposal development, with a strong understanding of the bidding process.Familiarity with bid management software, digital tools, and AI technologies.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to analyze processes and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of changes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various collaborators.Experience in managing change within organizations, particularly in the context of adopting new technologies and processesSkills Required
