1. Requirement eliciation through participation in workshops, meetings and document analysis

2. Business Requirement Document creation and maintenance

3. Business Process mapping and Use Case creation

4. Liase between Business and Technical teams

5. Lead Workshops and Requirement gathering sessions

6. Work with QA teams to identify functional scenarios and to create Acceptance criteria

Education and Certification

Certification on Guidewire Billing Center is a must.
