IT Support duties and responsibilities :

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
• scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the city (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training more junior staff members
• Basic knowledge on camera’s installation and Bio metric configuration
• Maintain records / logs for repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Identity computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Solving the concerns raised by kitchens by visiting kitchen orally / in remote( Two-wheeler is mandatory )
• Ready to work on Saturday & Sunday’s, and even festivals (Benefits are available)
