We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Consultant with strong functional expertise across core FSCM components such as Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, Treasury & Risk Management, and In-House Cash. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation and support experience across SAP S / 4HANA environments with the ability to interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Technical Expertise
Lead and deliver SAP FSCM solutions across Credit, Collections, Dispute, Treasury & Risk, and In-House Cash modules.
Perform requirement gathering, business process mapping, GAP analysis, and solution design for FSCM functionalities.
Configure SAP FSCM sub-modules including :
o Credit Management (S / 4HANA Credit Mgmt, FSCM-CR)
o Dispute Management (FSCM-DM)
o Collections Management (FSCM-CM)
o Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
o In-House Cash (IHC)
o Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM)
Integration knowledge with FI-AR / AP, SD, MM, BCM, and Bank Communication channels.
Project Delivery
Lead at least 2 end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation projects; support experience across global rollouts preferred.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP team for custom developments, enhancements, and workflow configurations.
Conduct UAT, training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities.
Stakeholder & Business Interaction
Work closely with Business, Finance, Credit and Treasury teams to understand and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor and provide process improvements and best practices for FSCM functions.
Manage issue resolution, RCA, and continuous improvement in operational support.
Required Skills & Experience
7 10 years of total SAP experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP FSCM.
Strong knowledge in S / 4HANA Finance and hands-on experience in configuring FSCM modules.
Good understanding of integration points with SD, FI-AR / AP, MM, and external banking systems.
Experience working with Bank Communication Management (BCM), SWIFT connectivity, and Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) is a strong advantage.
Experience in workflow configuration for Credit, Dispute & Collection cases.
Ability to design Credit Risk Strategies, Scoring Models, and Rule-Based Credit Decisions is highly desirable.
Good to Have / Preferred
Knowledge of SAP BTP integration services for FSCM solutions.
Experience with Treasury (TRM) instruments, Risk Analyzer, and Market Data Integration.
Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) FSCM integration.
SAP Certification in FSCM or S / 4HANA Finance.
