Customer Service Representative
Comfort Clickguwahati, assam, inAs a Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese / Polish / Finnish), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests while maintaining a high level of service in your respective language.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries across phone, chat, and email in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish.
- Assist customers with order-related issues, including status updates, returns, and modifications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Explain ongoing offers, discounts, and promotions clearly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of global geography and market dynamics.
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills in every interaction.
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking and navigation skills across systems.
- Participate in team discussions to share insights and improve processes.
