Job descriptionProvide technical support for POS systems, billing software, and CCTV surveillance. Assist in troubleshooting hardware / software issues in outlets. Ensure timely system updates and backups. Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data and transactions. Manage user access, passwords, and IT policies. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware / software procurement and maintenance. Maintain records of IT assets and ensure proper functioning. Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for IT equipment.
Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
- Ensure seamless internet and POS system connectivity across outlets.
