Plan and manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and technical requirements.Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project / program progress.Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource gaps, and implement corrective actions.Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design where required.Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed quality standards.Mentor and guide project teams to achieve goals effectively.Required Skill Set :
