Role Description
- Assist in developing architectural designs under the guidance of senior staff
- Prepare design and construction documents using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Conduct site analysis and research building codes, zoning regulations, and materials
- Assist in preparing presentation materials including renderings, diagrams, and reports
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, civil) and contractors
- Participate in project meetings and take notes or follow up on assigned tasks
- Support in resolving design and technical issues as they arise
- Help ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
0–3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of architectural detailing and building systems
Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
