Inside Sales Representative – Mumbai (Thane)

We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation. If you’re driven by targets, love building client relationships, and want to grow your career in a fast-growing climate-tech company , this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through cold calling & lead follow-ups.

Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs

Manage sales activities in CRM tools

Collaborate with marketing & product teams to share insights

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of inside sales experience with proven cold calling skills

Excellent communication & negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality

Experience in climate-tech / HVAC / IoT solutions is a plus
