We’re looking for driven, high-energy SDRs who thrive in outbound environments. You’ll be part of the team that drives our North American pipeline by connecting with senior decision-makers in SMB and mid-market wholesale companies. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about B2B SaaS sales, enjoys cold calling, and knows how to create meaningful conversations with potential buyers.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Own the outbound pipeline generation — 100% outbound motion focused on new business in the North American market
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing sectors
- Make 100+ cold calls per day to prospects and initiate meaningful sales conversations
- Personalize outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email to engage multiple decision-makers (CEOs, Heads of Sales, IT Directors etc.)
- Collaborate with Account Executives to set up qualified demos and ensure a smooth handoff
- Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in HubSpot CRM
- Experiment with new messaging and channels to improve conversion rates
Qualifications and Skills :
