Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Partner Success Manager to spearhead growth through our channel ecosystem . The role involves driving revenue generation via Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), resellers, and OEM alliances . This position carries a sales quota of ₹10–15 Cr annually and combines partner hunting, enablement, co-selling, and strategic business development across India and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner-Driven Revenue Generation
- Own and achieve an annual partner-led revenue quota of ₹10–15 Cr.
- Drive joint sales opportunities with MSPs, SIs, and OEM partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, security OEMs).
- Influence and close enterprise deals via the channel ecosystem.
2. Partner Hunting & Acquisition
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners across India and global regions.Negotiate partner agreements, margin structures , and joint business plans .Target partners with established CISO / CIO-level relationships for enterprise penetration.3. Partner Enablement & Activation
Train and certify partners on SECCURE's cybersecurity offerings — SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intelligence , and more.Build and execute partner playbooks, joint GTM plans, and incentive programs .Drive partner motivation through regular engagement and support.4. Co-Selling & Joint Account Planning
Conduct joint pipeline reviews and forecast sessions with partners.Map and plan target enterprise accounts alongside partner sales teams.Participate in co-branded marketing initiatives , webinars, and industry events.5. Ecosystem Expansion
Build strong alliances with cloud providers, OEMs, and system integrators .Drive marketplace listings on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud .Develop structured reseller and MSSP programs with attractive incentive models.6. Reporting & Discipline
Maintain updated partner pipeline and deal progress in CRM systems.Deliver Quarterly Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) to leadership.Track ROI and performance metrics for all partner relationships.Qualifications & Education Requirements
Must-Have :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / Electronics) or Business Administration / Management , or an equivalent qualification with relevant sales or tech experience.Good-to-Have :
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or IT Management (preferably from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institutes).Cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCSP, etc.) – strong advantage but not mandatory.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in partner / channel sales, enterprise co-selling, and alliance management .Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation ecosystems .Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting .Strategic mindset with the ability to influence CXO-level decision-makers.Skills Required
