Immediate Start : Subject Matter Expert – Repair Optimization & Compliance

Job Description :

The purpose of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the "Repair Optimization & Compliance" value stream, providing critical expertise to support solution design during the pre-sales phase. This role is responsible for evaluating technical feasibility and developing robust, scalable solutions specifically tailored to meet the needs of the automotive sector.

• Solution Design (Pre-Sales) : Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions before the sales process.
• Technical Feasibility : evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Solution Definition : translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement : work closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing processes.
• Continuous Improvement : monitor solution performance and propose enhancements based on operational data and feedback.
