Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technofunctional Architect to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a critical role that serves as the primary bridge between our US-based business stakeholders and our technical delivery team.

The ideal candidate is a master of translating ambiguous business needs into concrete, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You are not just a strategist; you are a doer who can architect, design, and actively participate in the development and deployment of world-class Salesforce CRM applications. Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering :
• Collaborate directly and intensively with US business teams through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit, analyze, and document precise business requirements and user stories.
• Act as the trusted advisor to the business, challenging assumptions and asking probing questions to uncover the underlying needs and true value drivers.
• Solution Architecture & Design :
• Translate complex business use cases into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design and document comprehensive solution architectures, including data models, security and sharing models, integration patterns, and user interface designs.
• Create detailed technical design documents, process flow diagrams, and wireframes to guide the development team.
• Hands-on Delivery & Execution :
• Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring solutions are built to specification and meet business goals.
• Remain hands-on with the platform, developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs), configuring complex functionalities, and contributing to development where necessary using tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for the development team, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Project & Stakeholder Management :
• Own the end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring successful outcomes, user adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Oversee deployment processes, including CI / CD pipelines, change set management, and post-deployment support.
