Job description

Job Role Descriptions :

Designing of projects in the office using various software
Site visit for coordination and check
Vendor coordination
Design discussion with principal designer and vendors at different levels
Market visit for sourcing

Design Experience : Proficient in creating

Layout Plans

Design Presentation deck

Interior Service drawings- Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC

Ceiling Drawings

Interior elevations and details

Furniture details

Knowledge of material

Understanding of construction detail

Preparation of Material Boards

Compiling specification and finish schedule

BOQ calculation and preparation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in draughtsmen -interior profile, Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite

Strong creative and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to execute
