Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for designing personalized holiday itineraries, providing customer support, and recommending vacation packages tailored to clients' needs. Additional duties include building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with partners to ensure seamless service delivery, and staying updated on the latest travel trends and offerings. This role also involves responding to inquiries, managing bookings, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Travel planning, itinerary design, and destination knowledge
• Problem-solving, coordination, and customer service skills
• Time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of booking systems and basic computer skills
• Enthusiasm for the travel and hospitality industry
• Prior experience in travel consultation or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
