About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Head of HR to lead and scale the people function of a rapidly expanding B2C startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building teams from the ground up, managing high-volume hiring, and partnering closely with business leadership to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive the end-to-end HR strategy , aligning people practices with business objectives.
• Lead large-scale recruitment initiatives , building robust talent pipelines across levels and functions.
• Establish strong HR governance, performance management , and employee engagement frameworks suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leadership , shaping organizational structure, culture, and capability.
• Develop scalable HR systems and processes to support rapid headcount expansion.
• Lead workforce planning, learning & development, and compensation design initiatives.
