Senior Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Supports and / or facilitates the receiving and distribution of materials and equipment for internal and external customers. Researches and resolves supply chain inventory issues. Utilizes applications to track, log and understand inventory levels. Provides pickup, delivery and loading / unloading of material, customer premises equipment (CPE) and mail by safely operating fleet vehicles. Tracks and manages inventory levels, working with customers and end users to ensure appropriate levels are sustained at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
• Plays a lead role in the Supply Chain Operations department.
• Assists in development of Supply Chain Operations process and policy guidelines.
• Monitors processes and activity for efficiency and to identify potential cost savings.
• Verifies physical counts of reported inventory inaccuracies.
• Responds to issues and problems, seeking quick and timely resolution.
• Monitors reports and documentation for trends and opportunities for cost / efficiency improvement.
• Prepares status and progress reports for management.
• Ensuring that KPI's are being met, understands variations and first level of Root Cause Analysis.
