The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and proven leadership capabilities.

What You Do :

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the enterprise-wide data analytics strategy aligned with business goals and innovation priorities.
• Team Development : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance analytics team including data scientists, analysts, and BI developers.
• Data-Driven Transformation : Drive the organization's transition to a data-first culture by embedding analytics into key decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with senior leaders, product owners, and operations teams to identify analytical needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Advanced Analytics and Innovation : Oversee the design and deployment of machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data visualization frameworks that generate business insights.
• Governance and Data Quality : Partner with Data Engineering and IT to ensure the availability,
