In order to recruit management candidates who would be dedicated long term partners in our journey, we need a competent recruiter who can source the same.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Recruiter located in India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additionally, the Recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers, manage job postings, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, attending career fairs, and assisting with onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Strong interview and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing job postings and working with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to coordinate and work closely with hiring managers
• Organizational skills for maintaining candidate databases
• Experience in attending career fairs and other recruitment events
• Familiarity with onboarding processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or in Human Resources is preferred
