Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on full stack engineer with 3–4 years of experience in Python / Django, React, and Node.js to become the technical founding member of our team. You’ll work directly with the founding team to own product development end-to-end—from architecture and coding to deployment and scaling.

This is not just an engineering role—it’s an opportunity to set the foundation of Black Panda’s product-building capability, working across multiple products and internal ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development : Build, test, and ship scalable applications using Python / Django, React, and Node.js.
• Architecture & Design : Define tech stack, architecture, and best practices for in-house products.
• Execution Partner : Work closely with founders and consultants to translate ideas and requirements into working products.
• Multi-Project Delivery : Lead engineering execution across multiple product initiatives.
• DevOps & Deployment : Own CI / CD, cloud deployments (AWS / GCP), and basic infra management.
• Team Building : Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building out Black Panda’s engineering team over time.
