What You'll Do (Role Description)

As a Full Stack Developer with a backend focus, you will be the architect of our server-side logic, responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications. Your day-to-day will involve :

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js .
  • Managing and optimizing database schemas and queries, primarily with MongoDB .
  • Collaborating closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Building and maintaining responsive front-end components using React.js .
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews.
  • Debugging and resolving complex technical issues across the full stack.
  • Working with modern DevOps tools, including containerization with Docker and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS .

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience : A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong Backend Skills : Proven expertise in backend development using Node.js and the Express.js framework.
  • Database Proficiency : Solid experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB , including data modeling and performance tuning.
  • Front-End Knowledge : Proficiency in React.js for building modern user interfaces.
  • Core Fundamentals : Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
  • API Development : Demonstrable experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and debugging skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaboration : Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.

    • Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Python , especially in the context of AI / ML integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud services ( AWS Lambda ) and containerization ( Docker ).
  • Knowledge of Next.js , Tailwind CSS , or other modern front-end technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
