Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Center Manager at our Nagpur location. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, member engagement, and ensuring the seamless execution of fitness programs. Responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, addressing customer feedback, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and driving the center's performance metrics. The Center Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and energetic environment for both the team and members.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and managing diverse teams
Customer service and communication skills to ensure excellent member engagement
Organizational and operational skills to handle daily center operations efficiently
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Knowledge of fitness programs or experience in the fitness industry is beneficial
Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools relevant to fitness center management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
