Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional to design, implement, and support HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and ensure successful ServiceNow HRSD module deployment and management.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including :

HR Case Management

Employee Service Center (ESC)

Knowledge Management

Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transitions)

Employee Document Management

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions.

Develop integrations between HRSD and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Build workflows, automation, and service catalogs to optimize HR operations.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards.

Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and enhancements of HRSD modules.

Conduct user training, testing, and UAT support.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.

3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow , including at least 2 years in HRSD module implementation.

Strong knowledge of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Familiarity with HR systems integration (Workday, SAP, Oracle).

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.

ServiceNow HRSD or CIS-HR certification preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.

Experience in agile delivery methodology.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD certification
