Role Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Daily tasks involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities. The Recruiter will also play a key role in promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is beneficial
