Role : Account Executive
As an Account Executive , you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding Docsumo’s enterprise customer base in the U.S. market . You’ll work closely with the Founders and Director of Sales , gaining hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS sales within a fast-growing, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals and driving post-sale growth through referrals and upselling.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, emails, campaigns, and demos.
- Qualify inbound leads and advance them through the pipeline efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals to tech buyers in the U.S.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and recommending Docsumo solutions for growth.
- Meet or exceed key sales activity metrics — including pipeline generation, calls, emails, qualified opportunities, and closed deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to share insights and influence product direction.
- Maintain CRM accuracy to ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
Requirements
Must Have :
Minimum 7 years of total sales experience , with at least 3 years as an Account Executive (new logo acquisition).Proven track record of closing deals with ACV of at least $20K .Experience selling to operations or technology teams in the U.S. market .Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience selling workflow automation or process automation solutions .Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Comfortable working in the U.S. shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST) .Notice period : Maximum 30 days .Preferred :
8+ years of overall experience , including 4+ years as an AE (eligible for Sr. AE role).Experience closing $50K+ ACV enterprise deals.Prior experience working with C-level and Director-level executives .Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs , and tools like Excel, Google Suite, and Gmail .Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and a growth mindset.
