Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US HR Executive – Client Onboarding to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and consultants while maintaining compliance with US HR standards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants and clients in the US region.
- Collect, verify, and process all onboarding documents (I-9, W4, offer letters, background checks, etc.).
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and compliance .
- Maintain accurate data and updates in the ATS / HR system .
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Support payroll and HR operations by sharing necessary onboarding updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor regulations .
- Prepare and maintain onboarding reports and trackers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
