Position Summary
We are looking for a Flow Cytometry Product Manager to lead PAN India operations. In this role, you will work closely with regional sales managers to drive business growth for our flow cytometry instruments and reagents. You will be responsible for supporting the field team with product expertise, engaging directly with customers, and ensuring our solutions are successfully adopted across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support : Partner with regional managers to achieve sales targets for flow cytometry products.
- Customer Engagement : Conduct presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with biopharma, academic, and clinical customers.
- Training : Train sales teams and distributors on product features, applications, and competitive positioning.
- Market Development : Identify new opportunities, key accounts, and tender prospects across India.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, researchers, and purchasing bodies.
- Reporting : Track sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activity to help refine business plans.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, applications, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Education & Experience
MSc / MTech in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field.3–6 years of experience in technical sales / product support in life sciences.Hands-on knowledge of flow cytometry (instruments, reagents, or applications).Experience in handling PAN India customer accounts is a plus.Skills
Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.Proven track record in customer-facing roles.Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively across India.Why Join Us
