Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS / Geospatial / GIS)

Responsibilities :

Own the product roadmap and strategy for core product lines including mapping automation, proposal generation, site audit.

Work closely with engineering, design, AI / ML teams, and go-to-market stakeholders to launch high-impact features.

Lead the process of collating market research and insights from customers, sales, and market research to define requirements, validate product-market fit with a sharp focus on usability and business value.

Define and monitor success metrics, using data to iterate quickly and improve product performance.

Serve as the internal voice of the customer and align product priorities with company OKRs. Mentor other PMs and contribute to building a top tier product culture.

Good to have :

Prior 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of shipping successful products. Experience working with Vision AI / ML or geospatial products.

Skilled with generative AI tools for boosting product workflows as well as building agents based on gen AI models to create experiences for end customers as well as automate job workflows inhouse.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and ownership.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Background in GIS, computer vision, mapping platforms, or related domains.

Experience in field service industries (landscaping, snow, facility maintenance, construction, etc.).
