We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in BI development, data analytics, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Power BI , strong proficiency in SQL , and a proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. This role requires someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and deliver scalable BI solutions that drive data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain powerful and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, performance optimization , and ensure scalable BI architecture.
• Build and manage Power BI datasets, dataflows, and paginated reports , ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SQL queries and advanced data transformation techniques.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to create efficient data pipelines, schemas, and ETL / ELT processes.
• Conduct data validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and optimize existing dashboards for performance and user experience.
• Establish Power BI governance practices including row-level security (RLS), deployment pipelines, workspace management, and version control .
• Generate insights, trends, and meaningful visual storytelling that influence business strategy and operational improvements.
• Train end-users, guide teams on best practices, and support self-service BI culture across the organization.
