Job descriptionManage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles across functions Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Own communication and follow-ups to ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and reports Collaborate with HR and department leads to understand hiring needs Support onboarding and documentation for new hires 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders efficiently Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools Passion for people, attention to detail, and a growth mindset
Job Description
We're Hiring : Talent Acquisition Intern
- Location : Nanakramguda and Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Employment Type : Internship
- Stipend : 12K per month
- Duration : 3 months
- Experience : 0 to 0.6 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Education : MBA - HR Preferred or Bachelor degree with Internship experience
